Maci Bookout could be expecting her fourth child. As she and husband Taylor McKinney continue to express interest in expanding their family of five, rumors have surfaced which suggest the "Teen Mom OG" star and mother of three was recently caught sporting a baby bump in an Instagram video shared by McKinney from their new Tennessee home.

In the clip, which was captured a re-shared by Radar Online, Bookout was seen posing alongside her many Christmas decorations as her husband looked on. However, while Bookout's home decor was quite impressive, it was her belly that caught the attention of fans.

While Bookout has long been known as one of the tiniest "Teen Mom" stars, she seemed to look quite full in the mid-section in her husband's video. In fact, she looked to be sporting a full-on baby bump as she stood behind a banister overlooking her family room. The outlet also shared a screenshot of McKinney's video in which a significant curve was seen at the bottom of his wife's stomach.

Maci Bookout was caught photoshopping last month

The outlet went on to point out that the latest potential Maci Bookout baby bump sighting comes just weeks after the reality star was caught photoshopping her stomach area in an image of her family on Halloween. In the picture, it was clear that the photo had been altered because seven-year-old Bentley Edwards' elbow was seen coming to an odd point and there also appeared to be distortion in the background behind him and next to Bookout's belly area.

Although it was never confirmed by Maci Bookout why the photo looked the way it did, many fans believed that the only logical explanation for the strange image was that she was hiding an alleged baby bump. As fans well know, cast members of "Teen Mom OG" are sworn to secrecy when it comes to major storylines and are often banned from sharing any big news outside of the series.

Maci Bookout is open to adoption

Following a 2017 miscarriage, Maci Bookout expressed interest in adoption and at one point, she said she did not want to get pregnant with her fourth child. She then appeared to have a change of heart and told her husband Taylor McKinney during an episode of "Teen Mom OG" that she would be willing to conceive another child with him if it meant a lot to McKinney for her to get pregnant.
