Teresa Giudice stepped out for the first time since husband Joe Giudice's deportation on Thursday afternoon in New Jersey. Just one day after a judge on the reality star's case ordered Joe to leave the country as soon as his 41-month prison sentence is complete in March 2019, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star and mother of four was photographed looking glum as she walked with a beverage while wearing an Adidas tracksuit.
In photos shared by the Daily Mail, on October 11, Giudice didn't crack a smile and when it came to her look, her face appeared a bit puffy, and understandably so.
After all, just days ago, she was under the assumption that Joe would be returning home to her and their four children in just five month's time. Now, after Joe's immigration hearing on Wednesday morning, it doesn't appear likely that the family will ever be back together in the United States. Instead, their only option appears to be relocating their family to his native Italy and according to another report, that may not be something Giudice is willing to do.
Will Teresa Giudice stay in New Jersey?
Following news of Joe's deportation, a number of outlets have suggested his wife will remain in the United States with their four kids and now, a report has surfaced, claiming Teresa Giudice is actually considering the possibility of divorcing her husband.
“Teresa is consulting with lawyers, and is actively discussing divorcing Joe,” an insider close to the reality star, who confirmed she was back for Season 9, explained to Radar Online on October 12.
“[Teresa] is leaning toward letting the appeal process play out, and not make any formal decisions just yet,” the source added.
That said, another source insisted Giudice was unwilling to make the move from New Jersey to Italy, where her husband was born. As the insider explained, she doesn't want to uproot her life or the lives of her four daughters. “Of course, publicly [Teresa Giudice] is going to say she supports [Joe Giudice], and hasn’t even thought about what to do,” the insider added.
Teresa Giudice is 'bitter' about her 2015 prison stint
Radar Online claimed Giudice is “still extremely bitter” about her 11-month prison stint in 2015, which was prompted by charges of bank and wire fraud given to her and Joe one year prior.
