Ryan's obsession with Ava may cost Kiki her life

Ava, who assumes that Ryan is his brother Kevin, has been pouring her heart out to the demented one. She has shared how she desires revenge against her daughter and former lover for sleeping together. Dr. Chamberlin seems fascinated by her edginess and seems to be encouraging Ms. Jerome to explore her dark side. Ryan initially mistook Ava for Felicia when he first saw her from behind and now he seems smitten with the Port Charles pariah.

Earlier spoilers suggested that Felicia would be the first victim of Ryan Chamberlin, but now his obsession seems to have shifted to Ms.

Jerome. As Ava continues to lament how bad she was treated by Griffin and her daughter, the serial killer might believe he is doing her a favor by murdering Kiki. Celeb Dirty Laundry confirms that Haley Erin who portrays Kiki will be leaving her "General Hospital" role to star in a Pretty Little Liars spin-off, so she will definitely die.

Oscar could be a mercy killing

Soap Dirt suggests that Oscar who has a terminal brain tumor could be a second victim of Ryan Chamberlin's killing spree in Port Charles. Spoilers have not indicated the fate of the teen, this point, he is refusing experimental treatment that may save his life. The pediatrician beneath the serial killer may have compassion for the plight of the dying young man and Kevin's twin may decide to help him along the way.

Ryan may decide he is doing an act of kindness by putting the boy out of his misery with a mercy killing.
