Denise Richards and Dorit Kemsley appeared to be fighting with one another on September 8 in Malibu, California just moments after the actress married Aaron Phypers. However, in a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Richards set the record straight, claiming that despite a somewhat incriminating photo, she and her new co-star weren't made at one another on her special day.

During her interview with Jesse Goddard over the weekend at the American Humane Hero Dog Awards, Richards, who appeared on the Bravo TV reality series as a guest star years ago, admitted she learned of the rumor regarding herself and Kemsley after the photo began circling the web.

In the photo, Richards was seen standing in front of Kemsley in her gorgeous wedding dress as she held her high heels in her hand. Meanwhile, the women's facial expressions seemed to hint at a heated debate.

"In that moment, [Dorit Kemsley] was like 'You’re married!' and I’m like 'I know!' And then someone said we were fighting," Denise Richards recalled. "But I love [Dorit], she’s amazing," she added.

As the Entertainment Tonight report revealed, a number of Richards' "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-stars, including Lisa Vanderpump, Ken Todd, Camille Grammer, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, and David Meyer, were in attendance on her big day, as were model Rebecca Romijn and actor Jerry O'Connell.

The outlet also confirmed Bravo TV cameras were in tow throughout the festivities.

Despite rumors of tension with her co-stars, Richards has said she and the ladies of the show were getting along just great. In fact, she told Entertainment Tonight weeks ago that she loves her co-stars and at that point in time, no one had engaged in any "catfights," at least with her.

"They're really strong women and very supportive of one another. And I really, really admire that in them," she explained.

In addition to the women seen at her wedding, Richards will also be joined by Erika Girardi, aka Erika Jayne, Kyle Richards, and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave for season nine of the Bravo TV reality show.
