Superman and Lois Lane added to the Batwoman crossover episodes

According to Screen Rant, DC comics announced on Twitter that Tyler Hoechin will reprise his role as the Man of Steel in the new "Arrowverse" crossover and he will be joined by his love interest, Lois Lane, although no actress has been cast yet for the role.

Hoechin's Superman first debuted in the second season of "Supergirl" as he helped his cousin, Kara Zor-El, stop Cadmus and their Metallos from terrorizing the alien population who are secretly residing on Earth.

Superman was absent throughout season 3 and it seems he will be back in season 4.

The CW Network also announced that the three-night crossover episodes will premiere on December 9-11. The crossover will feature the "Arrowverse" debut of Batwoman and she is played by "John Wick 2" actress Ruby Rose. The network is also planning a solo series about her, depending on the success of the crossover.

Killer Frost's family secrets

According to Comic Book.com, Danielle Panabaker stated at the San Diego Comic-Con panel that Caitlin will dig deeper into the mystery surrounding her Killer Frost powers and the disappearance of her father, Dr. Thomas Snow.

Thomas will return to her daughter's life as he tries to make up for lost time, however, he will also have secrets of his own and he is afraid that Caitlin will drift away from him if she finds out.

Caitlin will also ask her mother, Dr. Carla Tanhausser, for more answers to her questions and feels that she is hiding something from her daughter.

"She will have some questions for her mother as she tries to understand her past and her history a little bit more," Panabaker told Comic Book.com.

The CW Network officially announced that "Veronica Mars" actor Kyle Secor has been cast to play Thomas Snow in the show.
