"Dragon Ball" fans have been waiting for this new story ever since the end of the canon series "Dragon Ball Super" earlier this year. Although this is just promotional content for the hit arcade game of the same name, fans still want to enjoy the new series while they wait for the upcoming “Dragon Ball Super” movie in continuity with the main series.
But the question is, where can fans watch the “Dragon Ball Heroes” special? According to Otakukart, it is only for the promotion of the card game. Therefore, it is unlikely that the show will be broadcast on TV like “Dragon Ball Super.”
For fans in Japan
For fans that have missed the official screening of this promotional content in Saitama and Tokyo, they can still watch it on the official website of the series.
Because the anime (and the game) itself is only exclusive to Japan, there is no word of official subtitles for this new series, so you will have to be fluent in Japanese in order to fully enjoy this show.
This Saikyo Jump page on the Heroes anime is a bit more explicit: "For those of you who can't attend the events, check out the anime on the special anime homepage!!: https://t.co/X35TXIzLA1 pic.twitter.com/isZF2ZGZMe

For fans outside of Japan
Unfortunately, if you live outside of Japan, you cannot legally stream the episodes for now. And even if you try to rely on other methods for watching the episodes, it will be all in vain because the promotional content is Japanese-only.
So the only thing you can do now is to wait patiently and hope that Bandai of Japan releases the official English subbed version of the anime.

The plot of the Prison Planet arc
The title of episode 1 of the "Super Dragon Ball Heroes" Prison Planet arc is "Goku vs Goku!
A Superior Battle Begins on Prison Planet!!"
Synopsis: "Goku, Vegeta, Fu and a mysterious "Evil Saiyan" with overwhelming power engage in an intense battle for the possession of Dragon Balls."
If you didn't know about this new anime, it is based on the digital card fighting game called "Super Dragon Ball Heroes" exclusive to Japan.
The game was developed by Dimps and you can play as seven characters at a time.
Most of the characters in the game are from "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" and "Dragon Ball Online." This game has huge fan service elements like Super Saiyan 4 Gohan, a fusion of Super Android 17 with Android 18, and other forms of Buu are also a part of this arcade game.
For now, this series is exclusive to Japan, Comic Book noted, but keep your eyes on the official website of the series because a lot of fans want the subbed version of the anime. We just might get it, due to a huge response by the fans towards this new series.
Episode 2 of the series is going to air on 16 July.
