Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert have been sparking rumors of a potential reunion for the past several weeks on "Teen Mom 2" and after tonight's new episode airs, those rumors will likely continue. In a sneak peek of tonight's show, Messer is seen chatting with a friend at her home, where she reveals details of a recent conversation she had with her ex-husband.

"Jeremy called me during the twins' birthday party. It was really sweet with him though," she explained. "He was just letting me know that he really regretted saying some things on TV that he didn't mean to say.

One thing that he definitely said that he wished he didn't have a child with me. He said it in a conversation with Cam or something. And then he was thanking me for being a good mom to Addie... and Addie loves you, and a bunch of really, really nice things. It's good to hear."

As fans may recall, both Jeremy Calvert and Leah Messer's other ex-husband, Corey Simms, took aim at Messer years ago and suggested that she was suffering from a drug problem. During a meeting at a restaurant, Calvert and Simms expressed concern for the children they each share with the longtime reality star, and Calvert even said that Messer was dealing with a prescription pill problem, which she denied.

"So like are you for sure done with the whole Jeremy Calvert situation?" her friend asks as the preview clip continues.

"I mean he has tried to get me to have sex with him a couple of times and it happened once," Messer admitted, "but it happened a few months ago."

Earlier this year, after the currently airing scenes of "Teen Mom 2" were shared, Jeremy Calvert gave up on the idea of a potential reunion with his ex-wife and began dating Desiree Kibler.

Right away, the couple seemed to be quite serious. Unfortunately, however, Kibler's dreams of starting a life with Calvert have since been shattered.
