This shocking blind item can be filed potentially under "Bold and the Beautiful" spoilers or "Days Of Our Lives" spoilers. It could even be tied to "General Hospital" spoilers or "Young and the Restless" spoilers. This stunner comes courtesy of the most recent issue of Soap Opera Digest that promises that a character will soon be killed off that hasn't "clicked" with fans. With all four Soaps in contention for this blind item, here's a look at who might be on death watch at the four soaps.

Will 'Bold and the Beautiful' kill new Thorne?

Although not a new character, the "B&B" recast of Thorne Forrester, replacing Winsor Harmon with Ingo Rademacher, has been a big let-down for fans.

Ingo was a smash over at "GH" as sexy Aussie Jasper Jax but on the CBS soap, he's been underutilized and is now drifting plotless. Originally, "nuThorne" (as fans call him) was brought in for Brook Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) but then she got hitched to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

Of course, Ridge and Brooke are heading for troubled waters thanks to Hope vs. Steffy, but that doesn't mean she'll latch onto Thorne. WIth Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) in LA armed and dangerous, she might shoot her ex-sweetie, Thorne. Given that the character is now rarely seen and rudderless, with no romantic prospects on the horizon, it wouldn't be a stretch to think that the blind item is about him.

Many fans were devastated that showrunner Bradley Bell cut Winsor Harmon from the cast and new Thorne was never embraced fully.

Could 'General Hospital' kill off nasty Nelle?

Another candidate for this blind item could be Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier). Although the actress just landed a Daytime Emmy for her role as the scheming adoptive sister of Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), many fans seem to hate the character.

She's been busy gaslighting Carly with ugly reminders of Morgan Corinthos' (Bryan Craig) untimely and explosive death. Many fans wouldn't mind seeing Nelle take a long walk off Pier 52 in Port Charles.

The key to a good villain is making them someone you love to hate like Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) over on "Y&R" with some redeeming virtues.

Nelle seems irredeemable and a leaked script shows that her plot against Carly will land her nemesis in a mental hospital. The only way to clean up this mess is for Morgan to come back from the dead. Despite Chloe Lanier's obvious acting chops, the role of Nelle is one that many would be happy to see leave "GH."

Would 'Days Of Our Lives' ax Stefan?

Over at the peacock network, there are always resurrections and cast comings and goings. However, the blind item says a character that hasn't been embraced by fans will be killed off and it might be Stefan O. DiMera (Tyler Christopher). Although Stefan is a bona-fide hunk that should have hearts across Salem fluttering, there's a #MeToo problem brewing in Salem.

Stefan slept with Abby DiMera's (Marci Miller) alter-ego Gabigail without Abby's consent.

Many fans see this as rape, plain and simple. With Abby mentally ill, could her crazy side consent to sleep with Stefan? It seems that "DOOL" showrunner Ron Carlivati may have painted Stefan into a corner plot-wise. Other soaps have tried to redeem rapists. Roger Howarth was a predator on both "GH" and "One Life to Live" but some can't see past his ugly history. It could be the same with Stefan, and despite Tyler Christopher's talent and good looks, he may be the one to die.

Is Tessa on shaky ground at 'Young and the Restless'?

In Genoa City, there are core characters that fans love and others that "Y&R" fans love to hate. Of the core characters, none seem disliked enough to discharge from the cast. Relative newcomer Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela) was never meant to stay, so the blind item doesn't seem apt for him. However, there's one character that's newer and isn't taking up a lot of space in the plot -- Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks)!

"Young and the Restless" spoilers teased an edgy romance between Tessa and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) but many CBS soap fans raged and it seems the CBS soap backed off from the notion.

There's been nothing more than a single kiss between the young ladies and Tessa spends her time drifting around Devon Hamilton's (Bryton James) office, piddling through menial tasks. At this point, Tessa is an accessory, and, as many fans don't like her, perhaps she's the one attached to the blind item.
