Chelsea Houska and Adam Lind have been feuding over the custody of their daughter, eight-year-old Aubree, for the past few years and months ago, he was ordered to spend time with his daughter only under supervision at one of South Dakota's designated visitation centers. However, months later, fans grew concerned after learning Lind had been spending time with Aubree at her elementary school.

On his Snapchat account, Lind shared an image of his visit with Aubree, along with the caption, "School lunch," and a heart emoji. A short time later, "Teen Mom 2" fans, who have been kept in the loop regarding Lind's alleged struggles with drugs in recent years, tweeted to Houska to make sure she was aware that Lind had been at Aubree's school.

Is Adam Lind allowed to spend time with Aubree at her school?

In response to her concerned fans and followers, Chelsea Houska released a statement, confirming that she and Adam Lind are currently working to actually allow Lind to visit Aubree at school for one lunch per week. As she explained, Lind is able to attend concerts and other school events if he choses to but his recent visit with Aurbee was the first time he's exercised that right. "I appreciate you guys looking out for me and my girly though," she wrote.

Lind was placed on supervised visits in January after being arrested at least twice and having a restraining order taken out against him by his ex-girlfriend, Stasia Huber. As fans may recall, Lind and Huber dated for a few years and were engaged to be married before splitting last year.

Also during his court appearance in Lincoln County, it was revealed that Lind's parents would be able to have one weekend each month with Aubree. However, during the Friday to Sunday visit, Lind would not be able to see his child.

Adam Lind violated his custody agreement in April

During Easter of this year, months after the new agreement was put into place, Adam Lind violated the agreement by spending time with Aubree at his parents' home.

After learning of the visit, Houska was said to be livid, and, according to a Radar Online report, she actually emailed her lawyer about the incident in hopes of taking steps against Lind and his behavior. She also reportedly decided that she would no longer allow Lind's parents to have extra time with her child.

"These grandparents haven't learned a da** thing. Can definitely tell where Adam gets the law and rules don't apply to him attitude!" a source said at the time.
