Kevin Federline was back in court to ask the judge once again to grant him an increase in the amount of child support that his ex-Britney Spears pays him per month. According to TMZ reports, Britney Spears already pays $20,000 per month in child support payments for the couple's two sons.

Britney Spears is not interested in K-Fed's excuses

However, according to Federline, this is just not enough money to keep the boys in the same lifestyle they are used to when they are with her.

K-Fed claims that all he is able to provide the kids with are the bare essentials on his measly $3,000 a month. He believes it is unfair that when the boys are with Britney that they have everything their heart's desire and take lavish vacations. He said that Britney Spears' home has tennis courts, pools and more because she makes more than $34 million a year.

Why $20,000 is just not enough

It has been revealed by TMZ that Kevin Federline is barely scraping by because he has to support three other children from another relationship not to mention a wife. Point being made, K-Fed wants more money from Britney.

Kevin also claims that his monthly expenses hit around $23,000. That means after his paycheck of $3000 and Spears monthly payment of $20,000 there is just nothing left for anything extra.

Kevin Federline has even attempted to pull the sympathy card revealing that the boys are all cramped up in one small room at his rental home, and It is too small to even think about allowing the kids to have friends over.

Federline even stated he felt it was unfair because Britney can afford to do whatever they like, and he hasn't been able to even think about taking a vacation in years. He claims he is unable to work as a dancer any longer due to his age and now works as a part-time DJ. “I am simply less of a ‘name’ and less in demand than I was in 2008, which has negatively affected my income" stated Federline.

Kevin's wife Prince also is not bringing in any cash to the household. Kevin Federline is now asking the judge to increase his $20,000 a month support payment to $60,000. This is an amount he feels comfortable with to support his children.

So far, Britney Spears has refused to hand over her tax information, but she is pretty adamant in her thoughts on K-Fed's request. She does not feel it is her place to support Kevin, his wife, and their three kids. More or less, Kevin Federline, Britney thinks you should just figure it out.

A hearing will be held regarding the matter on August 1.
