Tyler Baltierra is clearly suffering. The “Teen Mom OG” star has recently tweeted about being lonely while he was in bed with his wife, Catelynn Lowell. It has been a very hard couple of years for Baltierra. He has taken care of everyone around him without taking the time he needs for himself. Tyler's father and wife both entered rehab during the current season of “Teen Mom OG.” He is the caretaker of everyone, including his three-year-old daughter, Novalee.

Chain of events

It has been over a decade since Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell began dating.

They were both from broken homes, and they met because their parents (Butch and April) were married. Baltierra and Lowell got pregnant as teens and joined “16 & Pregnant” showcasing their adoption story. After that, the two remained together and welcomed Novalee a few years later. Baltierra has been dealing with his dad's substance abuse issues all of his life, and Butch was finally released from prison. All of that coupled with a wedding was enough to stress anyone out. Lowell has been to rehab for mental health issues three times in recent years, two of them since November 2017. Tyler and Catelynn experienced a miscarriage shortly before Thanksgiving which triggered the rehab stays for her.

While all of this has gone down, Tyler Baltierra has remained incredibly strong. There have only been minimal moments where emotions have come through, something that has surprised “Teen Mom OG” viewers. Baltierra has stepped up to the plate for his daughter even when his life was being turned upside down. When Catelynn Lowell had the miscarriage, it was clear Baltierra was affected as well.

He didn't get the time to work through things like she did because he was busy holding down the fort at home and getting things settled with his dad and his rehab.

Getting help

According to Radar Online, Tyler Baltierra is thinking about going to rehab for himself.

Catelynn Lowell tweeted support for him, something that he needs. The source told the online publication that Baltierra is considering taking the time he needs to get his mind right. He has spent the last several years taking care of everyone else, and now, it is his turn. With Catelynn being better and able to take care of their daughter now, there isn't anything standing in Tyler's way. “Teen Mom OG” viewers won't be surprised if the next big announcement is Tyler heading to rehab to hash out some of the events in his life.
