The fate of Nikolas Cassadine has never been confirmed to fans satisfaction on General Hospital. He was shot by Valentin while protecting Ava and was never seen again. There have been rumors since his departure that the character would be resurrected and his family members continue to talk about him.
Now according to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the conundrum box storyline may indicate that the prince will soon return to Port Charles. Last year spoilers were suggesting that Nick might return during May sweeps and the Nurses Ball to help with the Chimera project.
Now the same rumors are floating because of the box.
Valentine and the conundrum box may be keys
Sam, Jason, and Spinelli came upon the conundrum box in Switzerland and saw the Cassadine crest on it. Naturally, this ties in with the storyline of the Russian clinic and Peter August. Celeb Dirty Laundry points out that Jason was patient six which indicates there were five before him. Spoilers suggest that Nikolas may have been one of the others because Valentin may have placed him there to recover, Spoilers now are resurrecting the possibility that the prince will return to Port Charles as part of the mystery of the conundrum box.
Spoiler alerts allude to the fact that Spencer, Laura, Lulu, Ava, and others have continued to talk about the alleged deceased prince, Valentin remains smug each time he is accused of killing his relative and when Spencer was in Port Charles last summer his behavior suggested that he might possibly be in contact with his father.
Now it is once again May sweeps, and time for the "General Hospital" Nurses Ball. Laura is supposed to return to a big storyline, and Spencer will be back for the summer. All of this could tie into the conundrum box, or it could mean nothing at all.
'GH' fans deserve closure regarding Nikolas
Tyler Christopher made it clear that he will not return to the role he originated but a recast is always possible.
Fans of "General Hospital" deserve closure and not all these rumors that have been swirling for close to two years. Frank Valentin has promised a lot of twists and turns as the 9-month ar surrounding Jason and Drew. Celeb Dirty Laundry suggests that Nikolas may return and seek revenge on his relative but just like last year it is only speculation.
