"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" Season 7 premieres on March 19 and from what the cast is already teasing, there will be a lot of drama. For Tommie Lee, the drama has already started. There's also another mugshot to add to her collection.

It looks like at least part of Tommie's "LHHATL" storyline for the upcoming season will deal with her latest legal problems and if not, then they should because she's got a lot of them! Seriously, BET reported that this is Tommie Lee's 33rd mugshot. Wow!

Tommie accused of battery

Tommie Lee was booked on a misdemeanor battery charge according to TMZ.

The controversial "Love & Hip Hop" star was accused of getting into a fight last month at the Lenox Mall. Tommie allegedly attacked a jewelry store employee in the mall.

Tommie is accused of slapping and punching the jewelry store employee according to multiple reports. The "LHHATL" star and her friend, who has not been identified, were also accused by that employee of trying to steal jewelry from the same store previously according to BET.

The allegations earned Tommie Lee a night in the Fulton County Jail after she voluntarily turned herself in. Tommie didn't have to stick around for long either. Tommie showed up to the jail with her bondsman on Tuesday night. She had to stay the night in lockup but didn't hang around long after that.

After taking a new mugshot for her collection and seeing a judge, Tommie was released after paying $3,000 bond.

'LHHATL' star denies everything

Tommie Lee is defending herself against the Lenox Mall jewelry store employee. She says that she's innocent and that she wasn't the one who attacked that employee. TMZ cameras caught up with the "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star soon after she was freed.

When they asked about the Lenox Mall fight, Tommie denied that she was involved.

With just over a week before the Season 7 premiere of "LHHATL," Tommie Lee is free just in time. VH1 released a teaser for the upcoming season last week and Tommie was shown to be one of the stars this time around.

There's no telling what kind of trouble she'll be getting into without Joseline Hernandez to spar with.

Of course, she'll probably continue having drama with Karlie Redd. There are rumors that Tommie's old love interest, Scrapp DeLeon may be getting out of prison early, If that happens, we can expect to see them come together again. After all, he was uber popular on "LHHATL" before getting shipped off for a drug trafficking conviction.
