Camille Grammer and Dorit Kemsley have been exchanging jabs throughout the eighth season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and on next week's episode, Grammer takes their feud to the next level with a sexually-charged gift that isn't exactly meant for Kemsley and her husband. In a sneak peek at next Tuesday's show, Grammer is seen gifting Kemsley with a ball gag during Lisa Vanderpump's birthday celebration.

"You actually gave her a ball gag?" Kyle Richards asked. "I gave her a ball gag," Camille Grammer replied.

"Did you give this to them for their sex life?" Richards wondered.

"Oh no no no no! It's meant to be funny," Dorit Kemsley explained to her co-star and friend. "It's a good time for her to give it to me... on her birthday."

"Don't take it too seriously," Grammer explained. Meanwhile, Kemsley's husband, Paul Kemsley, told his wife, "Baby, baby, it's fine. Let's move on."

Dorit Kemsley feels like she's been made into a punching bag

In her cast confessional, Dorit Kemsley told the Bravo TV cameras, "I didn't expect to come to Lisa's birthday celebration and be a punching bag." At the same time, in her own confessional, Grammer joked, "Hopefully she'll get the message: Just shut your mouth, b****!"

As the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" sneak peek continued, Lisa Vanderpump was seen telling her co-stars that she would be heading to PUMP Lounge later on in the evening.

Unfortunately, Kemsley appeared to be worn out by the drama between her and Grammer and told Vanderpump she was unsure if she would be attending the remainder of her co-star's birthday festivities. "Dorit, you have to," Vanderpump said after hearing of Kemsley's hesitancy. "Not after today I don't!" Kemsley informed her co-star.

Is Dorit Kemsley being hypocritical?

Erika Girardi was quite surprised to see that Dorit Kemsley took such offense to Camille Grammer's ball gag gift, especially after gifting her with a pair of panties last season after it was revealed that she had worn none during another occasion. "Mother f***** if you, Dorit, do not laugh this sh** off, I'm going to crucify you," she said.

Girardi and Kemsley battled over "panty-gate" throughout season seven but ultimately were able to make amends after Kemsley's funny gift.
