Tyler Baltierra really should be proud of himself for the lifestyle changes he made over the last few months. The "Teen Mom OG" dad shared with his followers on social media that he had been dieting for several weeks. Despite the challenge of eating better, Tyler pulled it off and recently showed off pictures of his newly rediscovered jawline but that's not all. Now that he's hit his goal weight, Baltierra is baring much more than his chin in recent progress photos.

If you're not following Tyler Baltierra on Snapchat, you probably should be.

That's where the "Teen Mom OG" husband recently showed off the most progress after his grueling diet success.

On Saturday, Tyler shared a very revealing photo of himself without a shirt on. It's safe to say that he can stop dieting now because Baltierra looks great. In the caption of the photo, he wrote, "AYYYYY!!! Feels so damn good reaching this weight loss goal!” #TOOLPIC.”

Despite some meal photos that looked like he had to be hungry the whole time he was losing weight, Tyler made it clear that he wasn't calling his recent lifestyle changes a diet at all. Citing this as a lifestyle change, the "Teen Mom OG" dad told fans that he was trying to be more mindful of what he put in his body.

"I’m not really ‘on a diet’ I just started caring more deeply about what I was putting in my body, Tyler wrote to his fans back in January.

"To jumpstart the weight loss, I cut out carbs (besides toast in the a.m.) filled up on fruit, smoked fish, & vegetables for lunch & ate lean meats, vegetables & salad for dinner"

Hopefully, he's eating a bit more substantially now because some of the meals he was sharing were definitely diet food and there's no way he wasn't constantly hungry.

Even then, it looks like all that work was definitely worth it.

Caitlynn Lowell is in for a big surprise

Tyler Baltierra began his diet and lifestyle changes before Catelynn Lowell left for her third round of rehab, In a weaker moment, he even complained about how hard he was trying to make a change and the challenge of Catelynn ordering pizza when he was trying to stick with healthier foods.

The countdown is on and Catelynn will come home soon after staying several weeks in Arizona again. Hopefully, when she sees her husband, she'll be proud of all the work he put in while she was away. It's no secret that her absence has been hard on Tyler, who has been caring for their daughter Novalee in Catelynn's absence.

In addition to his dramatic weight loss photo, Tyler also shared on Saturday that he and Novalee were headed to Arizona to visit Catelynn Lowell at the rehab center. Even though Tyler already posted about how long and draining the family week visit will be, it should be good for everyone to be together again.
