Things are continuing to blow apart on the set of "Teen Mom." New reports from Radar Online reveal that Mackenzie McKee is being tested at MTV as a replacement for Jenelle Evans.

It looks as if things have gone from bad, to worse, to nearly impossible for Jenelle Evans and David Eason. As previously reported, social media bashed Jenelle and David on Valentine's Day after they posted a photo posing with guns just after news broke of the recent Florida school shootings.

MTV shaking things up

Followers began slamming the couple calling them "insensitive and inappropriate." Things might have blown over by the couple apologizing and deleting the photo if that had been the way it was handled.

However, Jenelle's response was to delete and replace the photo with a couple's picture and a tweet reading, "bad timing Ya think?!" Eason's response was nowhere near as polite.

David simply went to verbal war by posting, "Do you think I ‘check the news before I post a picture... umm no b****!’ to those criticizing his actions."

Zero tolerance

Next, Eason went Twitter crazy, going on a huge homophobic rant that resulted in other members of the "Teen Mom" show cast calling for him to be fired for his actions. MTV obliged and Eason was fired. Similar things have taken place over recent years with other reality series cast members, which includes Jill Duggar's husband, Derick Dillard, who was recently let go from TLC.

More and more people are opting for the zero-tolerance policy on issues such as these. It really shouldn't have come as a huge surprise for David and Jenelle. Life will take a very different turn for Jenelle Evans, should she lose her reality television gig money.

Taping for "Teen Mom 2" was put on hold, for the future of Jenelle Evans hangs in the balance, while execs decide to figure out how to handle Jenelle now.

One "Teen Mom" informant close to the situation reportedly spoke with Radar Online, revealing that McKee is "filming a short special" at this time, adding that the network has been in previous talks about continuing her story before now. It looks like opportunity maybe knocking and opening that door for Mackenzie McKee sooner rather than later.

“This is a test for her, but she may be the one who replaces Jenelle if the network fires her.”

McKee is said to have been considered to replace fired Farrah Abraham as well. Don't be too surprised to hear, in the near future, that Mackenzie has been made a regular. What are your thoughts on the latest developments concerning "Teen Mom" and Jenelle Evans?
