Selena Gomez reportedly spent the last two weeks of January 2018 in a rehab treatment center in New York, according to reports from Radar Online. 2018 has not started off the best for 25-year-old Selena Gomez. Friends close to Gomez have been very concerned about Selena, especially since she reunited bad boy Justin Bieber.

A source close to Gomez told Radar that all of Selena's pals have been talking and they all fear the worst...that she has relapsed and is using drugs again. Gomez's friends also believe that Justin Bieber is behind her alleged relapse.

This news is very disturbing in a few ways. First off, Selena just underwent kidney transplant surgery last summer.

In 2017, Selena became very ill as a complication of lupus, the autoimmune disease that had attacked her kidneys. During that time, one of her closest friends, Francia Raísa, who was a match, offered one of her healthy kidneys to her friend. Both ladies recovered quickly from the surgery, but now it appears as if Selena is willing to put it all at risk by engaging in Dangerous Drug use activity.

This news is doubly disturbing considering that as previously reported during her 2018 celebrity predictions, Psychic Nikki, psychic to the stars, made a very scary prediction involving Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, and dangerous drug activity.

Nikki predicted seeing a serious drug-related issue together for Justin and Selena, one that could prove dangerous and possibly fatal to both. She also predicted that she foresees a popular celebrity couple both overdosing together.

Nikki did not name the couple, only that it would take place in 2018. Hopefully, she gets this one wrong.

The singer has also faced off with her mother Mandy Teefey since reuniting with Bieber. Her mom is very unhappy about it and feels Justin will only end up hurting Selena again. Teefey has revealed that she has said and done all she can to guide her daughter on this matter and that she has given up adding that there is nothing else she can do, Selena is an adult and can make her own choices now.

This recent rehab stint is not Selena's first, in 2016 she spent time in rehab for drug use after the singer had reportedly begun abusing prescription medications which included Xanax, Klonopin, Lunesta, and Ambien. Selena's friends and family are very worried and hope to get through to Selena before things get completely out of control again. As for Justin Bieber, there is no doubt that he cares very deeply for Gomez, but the two of them together are just a very toxic combination.
