David Beador endured his estranged wife Shannon's weight struggles during "The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 12, but now, he's moved on from his marriage with a woman who seems to make her fitness a priority. According to a new Instagram post shared by Lesley Cook over the weekend, she trained hard in Newport Beach while her boyfriend was in Salt Lake City, Utah for a volleyball tournament with his daughter Stella.

On Sunday, February 18, Cook posted an image from her hometown and revealed that she had taken a Soul Cycle class, followed by challenging stair session outdoors.

In response, her boyfriend applauded her routine and offered her a comment to staying fit. "That’s my kinda morning!!! Nice work!" he wrote in the comments section of her Instagram post. He also teased, "You’re gonna need a vacation..."

David Beador's marriage to Shannon ended in 2017

David Beador and Lesley Cook have been flirting with one another on Instagram for the past several weeks, but no one took notice of the flirtation until earlier this month, months after David's split from shannon beador. As "Real Housewives" fans may recall, the Beadors announced the end of their relationship in 2017 after attempting to salvage their marriage for years after David's cheating scandal was disclosed during season 10.

The ex-couple was married for 17 years and share three children, Sophie, Stella, and Adeline.

Lesley Cook is ignoring her haters on Instagram after going public with David

After David Beador posted an image of himself and 13-year-old Stella Beador, Cook commented on his photo and as other people's thoughts flooded in, some applauded Cook for being good to David and ignoring the criticism of her haters.

"That’s sweet of you. I DO NOT care what strangers have to say about me. Hurt people hurt people," Cook wrote in response. She went on to say that she was annoyed by the ongoing stories being written about her, some of which she claimed were filled with lies. She then said that her life is amazing and noted that she's always been extremely blessed.

She's also on good terms with her former partner, with whom she shares two young children.

As David enjoys spending time with his new girlfriend, Shannon Beador is focused on adjusting to her new life as a single mom. She's also focusing on her full-time role on "The Real Housewives of Orange County," which began filming its 13th season earlier this month.
