In it, they said, "We have had feelings for each other for a long time and we are so excited to make our commitment to each other official.” In the video, he says that he thinks they have been boyfriend and girlfriend for a while, but now it is official. The two have their arms around each other and look really happy. You can tell that Josie is smitten with him.

These two have been on the show together a lot. Just last week, Kelton showed off his plumbing skills, but that also gave him a chance to see Josie. It sounds like he already has a career going for him, so this will make these two getting married a lot easier. Kelton happens to be Bobby's best friend and college roommate.
Tori Bates just got married to Bobby Smith after he moved to be near her. Kelton is actually from Tennessee and knew the Bates family before Bobby did. It has all worked out for these couples and they are lucky to have significant others that get along so well.
