It looks like Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar and Gil and Kelly Jo Bates are still great friends. The couples are actually on a vacation together right now without any kids. They always go to each other's children's weddings and spend time together. There have been rumors over the years that they had children that were courting each other, but it has never been revealed for sure. The Duggar Family Blog shared the details of what they are doing along with a birthday video for Jinger Duggar Vuolo that they all made together.
Where are these two couples on vacation?
They all headed to the Bahamas! One great thing about this trip was the fact that they didn't have to spend any money on plane tickets because John-David Duggar flew them down there. It has to be nice having a pilot in the family to take you on trips like this one.They didn't share all of the details about what they are doing on their trip there, though.
What did they have to say in the video?
They talked about how together they have had 38 children, which is a lot of kids. They are on this trip to celebrate that Gil and Kelly Jo Bates have been married for 30 years. That is such a long time. They explained that they are with some of their best friends on this trip.
They all decided that it was time to make a video for Jinger Duggar Vuolo so that they could wish her a happy birthday. They called her and wished her happy birthday, but also wanted to send her a message online as well. Jim Bob Duggar said she is such a sweet girl. She is 24-years-old now. Michelle called her their little "Jing, Jing." They also said how grateful they are for Jeremy and how he likes to serve the Lord.
Jinger is living in Laredo, Texas now.
It sounds like they are having a great vacation and are also very happy with how things are going for Jinger. Kelly Jo Bates even said that they have loved watching Jinger grow up over the years. Then they all decided to sing "Happy Birthday" to Jinger Duggar Vuolo. She had to enjoy this treat from their family friends.
It was a nice way for her family to let her know that they love her and miss her even though a trip to the Bahamas would have been better for sure.
