on April Fools Day, Rick and Morty” Season 3 reintroduced the Szechuan sauce on Adult Swim television. Six months later, after the petitions were signed and the season wrapped up, McDonald’s is promising to produce more of this sauce, to satisfy disappointed customers.

It might have (or might not have) been intentional for Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon to bring back that infamous Szechuan Dipping Sauce in “Rick and Morty” Season 3. The sauce was publicly introduced back in 1998, when the Disney film, “Mulan” was advertised. It was a hit for a limited time and was then forgotten.

Then Rick had to repeatedly fight for it with his drool dropping in front of his grandson. That’s not easy to miss.

‘Rick and Morty’ fans shared their thoughts

Fans then expressed their opinions through social media saying that the sauce should be brought back. For a while there, it was good – funny memes about the sauce and eBay postings that reached a thousand dollars in bidding. But to the fans’ dismay, not all of them were able to get even one drop of it. One fan even posted, “Waited over 4 hours. No sauce. No poster. I [got] a sticker and it did not even have the sauce on it.. It said mustard,” along with a picture of the actual sticker.

Well, McDonald’s did mention that it was only a limited release.

Except fans want more, and now the food chain is obliging. This winter, McDonald’s will produce their version of Szechuan dipping sauce for an extended time, in more branches. That just seems perfect for Christmas!

What happen’s next in ‘Rick and Morty?’

As for the show’s finale: “The Rickchurian Mortydate”, 2.60 million viewers kept their eyes on the episode, especially on that “Mad Max” parody scene.

Even though the show is known to be unpredictable when it comes to Rick Sanchez’s ideals and adventures, it makes sense when it goes back to the Smith family as one (even though Rick does not like it that much).

“The love of Beth and Jerry has somehow trumped all of the sh*it Rick does. And it is a combination of a season that started with Rick saying, ‘Nobody f**k’s with me, I destroyed your marriage on purpose.’” Said Mike McMahan regarding the finale.

The big question: Is Beth a clone or not? With “Rick and Morty Season 3 finale, there is a scarcity of proof, just hints. Hopefully, Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland will air season 4 earlier than before. Do you think McDonald's should offer the "Rick and Morty" fans another sauce?
