When Sara Lance picks up a distress call from the Time Bureau, she believes the Legends need to help. Off they go to the future, where they lead A.R.G.U.S. directly to their rogue time traveler. Unfortunately for them, the rogue time traveler is ready for the A.R.G.U.S. bot, but the Legends aren’t. Will they be able to explain what they’re really doing and talk their way out of this one?

The promo and sneak peeks for “Legends of tomorrow” season 3, episode 3 are finally here. This will give us a snapshot into what to expect in the episode.

The Legends are taken prisoner

The first sneak peek of the week gives us a glimpse into what’s in store for the main Legends this week. Sara, Rory, and others take a trip to the future to bring back Zari, only to find out A.R.G.U.S. is waiting for them. The bot is able to figure out who each of the travelers is and makes it clear that they are to remain stationary to be picked up.

Despite an initial wish to fight, the four Legends are arrested by S.W.A.T.-looking A.R.G.U.S. soldiers. Their rogue time-traveler uses her device to cover herself from the bot and get away without capture. That won’t be for long, though, as we see from the next sneak peek.

How does Zari get away?

In the second sneak peek, we see our rogue time traveler in the back of an A.R.G.U.S.

van. The van is stopped by a meta-human, who clearly wants to do more than free the hacktivist traveler. However, that isn’t possible, as Zari manages to get out of the cuffs and disappear.

Will we find out how she escaped? It's more than likely that we will, as there is a guy filming the whole thing. He then sends a “Code 99” through his phone to get some help.

An attempt to save Amaya

While all this happens. Dr. Stein, Amaya, and Nate have been left behind. Dr. Stein needs to diagnose Amaya’s new condition and find a treatment for it. When Nate thinks he may have found one, he needs to get Amaya to agree to try it. It’s out of the ordinary and it sounds like it could be dangerous.
