Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth may already be pregnant and married, but the young woman, who has been the center of a lot of controversy recently, just turned 20 years old. For her birthday, her family dedicated a post to her on their social media, her parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, giving their daughter their well wishes.

"We can’t believe you are all grown up, married and having your own baby! You have always lived out your name, by bringing Joy to everyone you meet. We love you and Austin so much and are so excited to see what God is going to do with your lives in the future.

May God pour out His blessings on your lives as you continue to love and follow Jesus and make a difference in the lives of those around you!" her parents wrote.

Center of controversy

Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth has been the center of controversy for a while now. Back in December, Radar Online reported that Joy-Anna and her husband-to-be, Austin Forsyth, had been engaging in sex before marriage. This is a huge no-no for the Duggar Family, as strict rules are in place to ensure that those who are dating or engaged don't even kiss before their trip down the aisle.

In fact, all of the family members who are dating must be chaperoned at all times.

Joy-Anna was the center of more controversy after she announced her pregnancy in late August of this year. The young woman stated that she was three months pregnant after wedding her husband in late May. Several fans, however, called Joy's bluff, mostly due to the fact that she was a lot bigger than most women her age when they are three months along.

She also claimed to feel the baby move, which many assert does not happen until later on in the pregnancy.

"We bless the day you were born!"

The Duggar family went on to express that they blessed the day Joy was born. She was the ninth child in their line of children, sandwiched between several boys. Despite this fact, Joy remains close with her older sisters, Jana Duggar, Jill Dillard, Jessa Seewald, and Jinger Vuolo.

She is also very close with her "buddy" Johannah, who is several years younger than she is and was visibly upset when Joy left the nest to go live with her husband. Although the family has 19 children, Michelle and Jim Bob have previously asserted that you can never have too many children, comparing it to having too many flowers in the garden. Currently, the pair have 19 children in addition to nine grandchildren and a tenth on the way via Joy-Anna and Austin.
