In spite of the secrecy of Game of ThronesSeason 8, Kit Harington, who plays the role of Jon Snow, revealed that he now knows everything that will happen. In an interview with “The One Show” on BBC on Oct. 20, the 30-year-old star talked about the recent table read with his fellow cast members.

He, too, teased what will happen in the final chapter of the television adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” novel series. He even hinted his reaction when he attended their final read through.

An emotional goodbye

“I know everything now,” Kit Harington said about “Game of Thrones” Season 8 after the recent table read.

Rose Leslie’s soon-to-be husband also teased that the final installment of the epic fantasy series is going to be “pretty emotional.” "I cried at the end," he revealed. Is someone close to him set to die?

Harington explained that their final read through brought back a lot of memories. Remembering the eight years of doing the television show, he confessed that “no one really cares about it” more than them. In fact, it is the longest institution he has ever been part of. “School, drama school, anything," he said.

He admitted that he got a little bit emotional thinking about the series’ start and its coming to an end. It would be a strange year for him as he is about to say goodbye to the staff and crew and is doing final scenes with the other cast members.

An effort to fight leaks and hackers

In spite of teasing the emotional finale, Kit Harington didn’t really reveal what is going to happen in “Game of Thrones” Season 8.

The final installment will still be bound to secrecy, even though the “Gunpowder” star and producer hinted that he already knew how its story is going to roll.

The English actor divulged that someone told him that he shouldn’t tell anyone that he is filming the series. He, too, should not take photos in Belfast. “It’s on lockdown!” he warned.

HBO is working hard to avoid leakages just like what happened in the previous season. W Magazine reported that the network is going to use an earpiece to give the actors their scripts.

It is also said before that the television show is going to shoot multiple endings so that hackers will be confused about the series’ real finale. Even the onlookers and the staff won't have any idea how the program will come to an end. It is rumored that the final season of "Game of Thrones" will be released at some point in early 2019 by HBO.
