An album that reflects MJ’s favorite period
Michael Jackson's estate and Epic/Legacy Recordings are the ones behind the “Scream” release.
In a statement obtained by Rolling Stone, Sony Music’s record label division said that the song collection mirrors the seventh-highest-certified music artist in the U.S.'s fondness of Halloween season. He is said to love the costumes, disguise, transformations, and theme of darkness, light, and surprise happening at this time of the year.
“Scream” is just one of MJ’s estate's planned projects that are being in the works. In fact, its co-executor John Branca recently revealed that they now have the 3D version of “Thriller” and there are two more surprise announcements coming very soon.
As he said that MJ often used the term, “The quality goes in before the name goes on,” he said that they will also follow this mantra before they unveil these projects.
