Jeremy and Audrey Roloff's beautiful baby girl, Ember Jean, is now two weeks old. The "Little People, Big World" stars welcomed their first child on Sept. 10 via natural delivery. Despite the overwhelming joy of being a mom, Audrey recently revealed that she's going through a difficult time coping as a first-time mom.

Audrey Roloff goes through postpartum blues

On Sunday, Audrey shared an emotional Instagram post about how she's handling postpartum stress both physically and emotionally. According to the 26-year-old reality star, dealing with after-childbirth pains is as difficult as being in labor.

Apparently, the first-time mother is suffering from mastitis, an inflammation of the breast caused by blocked milk ducts. While this is fairly common for breastfeeding moms, it is no doubt uncomfortable and painful. The physical pain has led Audrey to succumb to emotional exhaustion.

"Inevitably, all of this has left me feeling like I am failing my baby, frustrated, discouraged, and heart ached," Audrey admitted.

According to BabyCenter.com, around 40 to 80 percent of new mothers experience postpartum depression. This condition is caused by fluctuating hormones in a woman's body after giving birth. Physical discomforts, such as painful breasts, lack of sleep, and fatigue can only add to a woman's irritability and poor mood.

Roloff family members give their support

Thankfully, Audrey Roloff has a strong and solid support system. The whole "LPBW" clan is actively backing her up as she goes through the joys and pains of motherhood.

TLC recently released a video of Matt and Amy Roloff congratulating Jeremy and Audrey for the birth of Baby Ember Jean.

Both grandparents expressed their joy of having another grandkid and revealed that the whole Roloff family was in the hospital to welcome baby Ember. According to Matt, it was exciting to take pictures of Ember with her cousin, four-month-old baby Jackson during their first meeting.

Matt Roloff proved that he's one cool grandpa by surprising his granddaughter with an adorable gift.

On Sunday evening, he went to Jeremy and Audrey's yard to install a huge stork signage with Ember's name on it. He made sure to do it in the middle of the night, so the cute stork will be the first thing Jeremy and Audrey will see in the morning. This surely would have lifted Audrey's spirits.

Not to be outdone, Amy Roloff offered to take care of Jeremy and Audrey's anniversary dinner since the couple couldn't leave their home just yet. Amy is known to be a great home cook, and she delivered some fancy steak on Jeremy and Audrey's third wedding anniversary last week. Jeremy shared this in his Instagram Stories post and publicly thanked his mom for her help.

Meanwhile, Audrey shared on her latest Instagram Stories post how her sister-in-law, Tori Roloff, has been "a saint" to her these past two weeks.

On Saturday evening, Tori baked some lactation cookies for Audrey, which she packed with a sweet "I love you sister" message.

Since opening up about her postpartum struggles, Audrey Roloff has gotten a lot of support from "Little People, Big World" fans. Her IG post has received over 2,000 comments already, mostly from fellow moms who encouraged her to stay strong.

A new season of "Little People, Big World" is expected to air on TLC very soon.
