Josh and Anna Duggar have been through a lot over the last few years. They have another baby on the way and have made it look like things are going better with them. The Hollywood Gossip now shared that these two aren't doing near as well as it looks and are still in counseling. A source close to the family is saying that they are still having issues even though they make it look like all is well. Seeing that Josh went to sex rehab, it isn't surprising that this couple would stay in Marriage Counseling for a while.

The source is speaking out and says that they are still doing marriage counseling.
After that, the source said "If there was a problem, we wouldn’t know about it. They put on a front.” The fans don't really get to see how Josh and Anna are doing since they aren't on "Counting On" at all now. Josh isn't allowed on the show and they only show Anna once in a while. There have also been reports that Jana Duggar is helping Josh and Anna out a lot with their children. Jana is still single and living at home. It was also recently revealed that Anna isn't a big fan of Austin Forsyth because he was a rebel when he was younger. It hasn't been revealed what he did that Anna doesn't approve of.

Josh and Anna Duggar have been through a lot over the last few years as she found out that he had been cheating on her by finding women to meet up with on the Ashley Madison site.
The big scandal about Josh molesting his sisters when they were younger also came out. Josh went off to rehab for sex addiction and when he came back home Anna took him back. They got pregnant not long after that and are now expecting a child together. The Duggars don't believe in birth control, so it isn't surprising that they are having another child together now.
The fans would really love to see Josh and Anna Duggar work out their marriage. A lot of people expected her to leave him, but since she never did, of course, people just want to see them happy. Anna is only on the reality show once in a while, but there have been some rumors that Josh might pop back up when the new baby is born.
It is going to be really hard to show the birth of the baby without Josh on the show at all.
