'Dancing with the Stars' night one setlist
The cast of "DWTS" season 25 will kick off their time on the hit reality show by performing one of four different dance styles - a cha-cha, salsa, foxtrot, or a tango - for judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Bruno Tonioli. (A Sept. 13 ET exclusive claimed that two-time "Dancing with the Stars" pro champ Julianne Hough opted out in order to work "on other projects" and focus on her acting career).
Six of the 13 will debut with a cha cha. Hopefuls included in the mix and their song selections are as follows: NFL star Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke ("Ain't Too Proud to Beg" by The Temptations), violinist Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas ("Don't Worry" by Madcon), actress Sasha Pieterse and Gleb Savchenko ("Like That" by Fleur East), ESPN personality Victoria Arlen and Val Chmerkovskiy ("Born Ready" by Disco Fries), actress Vanessa Lachey and Maksim Chmerkovskiy ("Woman" by Kesha), and 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey and Peta Murgatroyd ("Come and Get it Bae" by Pharrell Williams).
Three contestants will open "Dancing with the Stars" 2017 with a foxtrot. They are "Malcolm in the Middle" alum Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson ("Sign of the Times" by Harry Styles), "Property Brothers" star Drew Scott and Emma Slater ("Our House" by Madness), and musical icon Debbie Gibson and Alan Bersten ("In Your Eyes" by Debbie Gibson).
Two more will take on the salsa, with NBA star Derek Fisher and Sharna Burgess dancing to "Basketball" by Kurtis Blow while "Shark Tank" star Barbara Corcoran and Keo Motsepe move to Ludacris' "Money Maker." The final two will tango, as "Hamilton" alum Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold make a first impression to "There's Nothing Holding Me Back" by Shawn Mendes and "Total Divas" star Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev moving to P!nk's "So What!"
