"Dancing With The Stars" season 25 begins Sept. 18 on ABC with the first round of hip-shaking action from the newly named celebrity cast. So which member of the 13-star lineup is favored to win the top prize at season's end? Bovada Entertainment posted odds on Sept. 11, and the front-runner may be a surprise to diehard "DWTS" fans.

Can Nick Lachey follow in his brother's footsteps on 'DWTS'?

A whopping 23 seasons after boy bander Drew Lachey won Mirrorball glory with pro partner Cheryl Burke, his brother Nick—who is best known as part of 98 Degrees and as Jessica Simpson's ex—will hit the ballroom for his own shot at the title.

With field-best +400 odds, the elder Lachey—who will hoof it alongside two-time "DWTS" champ Peta Murgatroyd—is the favorite to win season 25.

With identical preseason odds of +800, a trio of beautiful ladies are tied for second place entering "Dancing with the Stars" 2017. Included in the group are "Pretty Little Liars" alum Sasha Pieterse, who will get her groove on alongside Gleb Savchenko; '80s musical icon Debbie Gibson, who will work with brand new pro coach Alan Bersten; and violinist Lindsey Stirling, who's matched up with good friend Mark Ballas.

'DWTS' season 25 odds: The middle-of-the-pack'ers

Another trio of celebs follow in the preseason rankings with +900 odds of taking the "Dancing with the Stars" season 25 title.

The lucky trio features racecar driver and "Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz, "Hamilton" alum Jordan Fisher, and TV personality Vanessa Lachey.

All three will dance with extremely talented pro partners, with Muniz hitting the ballroom with season 19 winner Witney Carson, Fisher going for the title with reigning runner-up Lindsay Arnold, and Lachey teamed up with Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who won season 18 with ice dance champion Meryl Davis.

A contingent of stars representing the sports world follow with +1000 odds of winning "DWTS" 2017. Included in the mix is ESPN personality and former Paralympic gold medalist Victoria Arlen, who's matched up with fan favorite Valentin Chmerkovskiy; former Los Angeles Laker Derek Fisher, who will dance with Sharna Burgess; and former NFL star Terrell Owens, who's paired with returning pro Cheryl Burke.

The longshots

The lasts three members of the new celebrity cast will have to work overtime if they want to win "Dancing with the Stars" season 25, according to oddsmakers. A pair of them—"Property Brothers" star Drew Scott, who will dance with reigning pro champ Emma Slater, and "Total Divas" star Nikki Bella, who's matched with Artem Chigvintsev—share identical odds of +1200. The final competitor, "Shark Tank" star Barbara Corcoran, is the longest shot of them all with unenviable +2500 odds of victory. Corcoran will perform with Keo Motsepe.
