The superhero will not just be seen in a new avatar as he readies to fight the evil Thanos, he also seems slated to walk down the aisle with his love interest Pepper Potts. Photos from the sets of the film have sparked these rumors as Robert Downey Jr. was seen wearing a jacket that hid a new kind of arc reactor on his chest. Another photo showed Gwyneth Paltrow sporting a huge diamond ring on her finger indicating marriage for her character Potts.

Iron Man is very likely to undergo a change in the upcoming “Avengers: Infinity War” because of the arrival of the crazy villain Thanos. The recent photo of Robert Downey Jr. from the sets of the film that the actor shared shows him wearing a jacket in an intriguing fashion. It is tied around his neck and it looks like the jacket has been tied to hide something on his chest. It can be seen seating over a new kind of arc reactor that rests on his chest and if one takes a closer look, it is evident that the reactor is heavier than the older models.
If fans remember, Robert had gotten the arc reactor removed after “Iron Man 3.” So, why is it that it has made a comeback and that too in a stronger form.
Well, Thanos is hell-bent on grabbing those six Infinity Stones and it is not easy for the team of the superheroes to stop him. He poses a grave danger to humanity and Iron Man could have thought of amplifying his suit with the arc reactor so that he could fight the villain with his full might.

Iron Man fans may be bracing for some high-octane action drama involving him in “Avengers: Infinity War” but there is also some romance for the superhero in store. If the on-set pictures of Gwyneth Paltrow aka Pepper Potts are anything to go by, there are strong chances that Iron Man and his lady love could walk down the aisle.
This is because the photo shows the actress sporting a huge and shining diamond on her ring finger. What is more, Paltrow has shared another photo with Robert Downey Jr. and captioned it with a diamond ring emoji and it all seems to indicate that the makers have decided it is time the oldest couple in the Marvel Cinematic Universe said “I Do” to each other and tied the knot.
