Singer Usher, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, is allegedly being sued a second time for exposing sexual partners to an STD. He allegedly had sex with them without telling them he had herpes. One of his accusers is a man. The man and two more women have come forward with their accusations and lawsuits.

While this story has been making headlines, there has been no confirmation that any of it is true even though TMZ, BET, and other reliable sources are reporting it. If it is fake news, it is something terrible to say about someone. However, no comments have come from Usher's camp to deny or confirm what has been in the news.

First lawsuit

This case is making headlines because the Grammy Award winner reportedly paid almost $3,000 for a woman's doctor bills and settled what is alleged to be a civil suit for $1.1 million in 2012. According to legal documents, Usher admitted he found out he had herpes in 2009 or 2010 but did not tell the woman about it. That is a crime in most states.

Current allegations

The current lawsuit is set to be filed by celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom in California on Monday, August 7. A press conference is also set to be held with one of the women present. The other woman and the man will remain anonymous for the time being. They are listed only as Jane Doe and John Doe in the lawsuit.

All three of the accusers said they had sexual contact with the singer after he settled the first lawsuit in 2012.

In fact, one woman claimed she had sex with the "No Limit" singer twice as recently as April of this year. The first encounter was in her Atlanta home on April 16, 2017. She performed oral sex on him, and he did use a condom that time. The second encounter took place in a New Orleans hotel on April 28, and the sex was unprotected that time.

The two got together after the singer performed at the Jazz and Heritage Festival.

She initially sued the 38-year-old married man and father of two for $10 million but doubled the amount to $20 million after she was tested positive for the STD. She went to the doctor after suffering from sores, fevers, and chills. In her lawsuit, she included punitive damages and compensation for being emotionally distressed.

Besides, her doctor bills are mounting up.

Usher's Wife

Usher and his wife Grace Miguel will celebrate their two-year wedding anniversary in September. BET reports that Miguel is standing by her husband and is neither bothered by the reports nor paying attention to any lawsuits.
