Dollar Bill Spencer is in rare form these days on "The Bold and the Beautiful." He is determined to build his Sky Scraper and get rid of Sally Spectra all in one move. Thus far he has not been successful, but Bill is determined that "Low rent Sally" will not get the best of him.
Spoiler indicate Bill will be pushing his agenda this week
This week, according to spoiler alerts Bill will step up his plans to run Sally out of town and build his sky scraper on her family property. He is already lying about Caroline dying, hoping Thomas will fall in love with her again and leave Ms.
Spectra behind. Liam knows the truth, and it is only a matter of time before he lets everyone else in on his father's dirty little secret.
Bill also offered C.J. Garrison several additional millions of dollars, to sell him the Spectra building and put his cousin out on the street. Sally has asked for just enough time to do one more fashion show. To the chagrin of Bill, C.J. agreed. Spoiler alerts state that Bill will placate Liam and hatch a new sinister plan with Justin. There will be a fire just before the Spectra fashion show. Would Dollar Bill sink that low, or will it simply be an electrical issue in an old building?
Spoilers say both Liam and Jarrett are going to oppose Bill, and he is not going to like it.
This will probably push him to do something even more dastardly. The first time he tried to obtain the Spectra building, Thomas came to Sally's rescue by paying C.J. $100,00.00 to keep the doors to her fashion house open. He next believed that Sectra's fashions would be an embarrassment, and not hold a candle to "Forrester Creations" in Monte Carlo.
Spectra actually won the fashion contest, but Bill lied and called it a tie.
Sally may beat Bill in the end
Bill realizes Sally has the potential for success, but he is so greedy he does not care one way or the other. He could build his skyscraper anywhere in town, but he is determined that a girl from the wrong side of the track will not get the best of him.
It is possible, however, that "low-rent Sally" may come out on top and beat Bill Spencer at his own game.
If she can put on the fashion show, her work will speak for itself. Should Liam give in and tell her about his father's latest scheme, Thomas will be back in LA and right by her side.
