While viewers know Simon Barney isn't innocent, things between him and Tamra were not just one-sided. Over the last several seasons, things have escalated with Judge and her claims of being alienated by her daughter. Sidney speaks out about Tamra
In an emotional post shared on social media, Sidney Barney laid it all out about Tamra Judge. According to the Hollywood Gossip, the young girl called her mother "neglectful" and talked about her selfish ways. Sidney insists that her mother left the children home alone with no food at times and would actually ignore their want and need for attention. The promises Tamra made Sidney were thrown to the wayside so that she could get publicity off the photos of her daughter's graduation. There were rules put in place before allowing Tamra to attend, and just a few weeks later, she broke the promises to her daughter about not posting any photos. Several other instances were brought up, many of them making "The Real Housewives of Orange County" fans shake their heads.
This isn't shocking at all considering several people have accused Tamra Judge of being the parent the children didn't want to live with. Sidney Barney has done her best to live a normal life. She doesn't want the spotlight or the fame and has reportedly asked her mom several times to leave her out of it. In fact, she rarely speaks to Judge because she doesn't want to be in the spotlight.
Barney claims her mother is the alienator when it comes to their relationship, not her father.
Simon encouraged Sidney to keep a relationship with Tamra
Despite what all of the claims have been over the years, Sidney Barney insists that her father encouraged her to forge a bond with her mother. Tamra Judge will blame everything on Simon, though Sidney is sure this is not the case.
The mother and daughter duo attended counseling sessions for three years, but they were never able to fully repair their damaged relationship. The most recent episodes of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" had viewers believing that Judge and Barney were working on repairing their relationship and now, Sidney is saying it is all a smoke screen to drive up ratings.
