Ideas of Lucas still provide foundation

In response, she said that he does not really give ideas but he keeps suggesting things like Jedi training and the like. She also said that some of his ideas still serve as the foundation and they include the idea of handing over the heroism to a new group of characters.
Elaborating on the topic, Kennedy explained that Lucas has begun to settle into the idea that he is also a fan of the series. Though the letting go part has taken some time, he is shifting into the new domain.
The idea of having the next generation handling things that he came up with is in process.
