The end of the fifth and final season of "Orphan Black" has finally come. It will air on Saturday, August 12th, 2017, on BBC America.

"Orphan Black" Season 5 will finally end the battle between Sarah Manning (Tatiana Maslany) and the Neolution in the dark, mysterious world of clones. It is now up to her gang to save the future of all the LEDA clones by getting Helena and her babies from DYAD.

In "One Fettered Slave," the entire Clone Club learned that Helena has been captured, which put her and her babies in danger. Sarah and her gang were in the middle of mourning for the late Mrs.

S (Maria Doyle Kennedy), who sacrificed herself to end the Neolution.

Now that the cloning conspiracy has been revealed to the public, P.T. Westmoreland (Scottie Hattie) and his team are desperate to find Helena. Gracie (Zoe Grand de Maison) tracked her whereabouts, but had a last-minute decision to help her instead. Art's new partner/Neolution member ended up killing Gracie and taking Helena to DYAD.

Sarah did not have a choice but to work again with Rachel, who was set in becoming the sacrificial lamb to Westmoreland. It was later revealed that Sarah impersonated Rachel, but the fake cult head leader saw through her mistake of calling him her "father." Sarah almost died, but Virginia Coady (Kyra Harper) just arrived on time, telling them that Helena needs a blood transfusion.

The ninth episode also featured Helena's backstory. As the contractions started, she began remembering several key points in life before she became part of the Clone Club.

A younger one suffered at the hands of a violent and sex-deprived nun while a Prolethean member influenced her to kill her other clones.

It was a traumatizing experience and it looks like she doesn't want her children to experience the same thing.

She tried killing herself with a pair of surgical scissors and it's a good thing that Sarah arrived at the right time.

Coady immediately administered the transfusion but Helena got the upper hand and gave her a brutal death.

Season 5 finale spoilers

The "Orphan Black" Season 5 finale picks up where Sarah and Helena try escaping the place. When Helena goes into labor, they will have to make a huge decision in this life-or-death situation.

Entertainment Weekly had the chance to talk with showrunners Graeme Manson and John Fawcett. The two talked about the explosive cliffhanger in the last episode.

According to Fawcett, the twin sisters are now forced to stay behind.

He teased that Sarah will have a hard time thinking of another solution because of Helena's delicate state.

Spoiler TV reported that Sarah will have Art (Kevin Hanchard) by her side. He needs to help her in keeping sestra safe. However, this might even put Art in trouble again since he had killed Westmoreland's sidekick for the sake of his loved ones. Will Art die next? Can Sarah stop Neolution from using her friend as a scapegoat from past criminal cases?
