"Teen Mom 2" star Kailyn Lowry recently gave birth to her third child, Baby Lo, who currently doesn't have an official name. The baby, who was fathered by her ex-boyfriend and now friend, Chris Lopez, was delivered a little over ten days ago rather quickly. According to Kail, Baby Lo came so fast that she didn't even have time to get an epidural or for her doctor to arrive on the scene. Instead, another doctor delivered the baby, which made her nervous since her pregnancy was high risk. However, both mother and baby are doing well since the delivery, but Kail has spoken out against her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, saying she doesn't want him to be involved in the baby's life at all.

Javi won't be a step-father to Baby Lo
Javi Marroquin, Kailyn's ex-husband, shares a close relationship with her son Isaac, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera. Javi has acted like a second father to Isaac, and although they are not biologically related, Kail let's Isaac go over to Javi's house to see him and hang out with his family.
Baby Lo was conceived rather quickly after she divorced Javi, which has made fans suspicious of the timing of the whole thing. Kail insists they both did wrong by one another, but the shadiness surrounding when they broke up and when Baby Lo came about makes many think that Kailyn may have still been married to Javi.
Javi has already told the press that he is not interested in a relationship with Baby Lo, but Kailyn has sealed the deal in an interview with "Radar Online" in which she said that she doesn't see a point in Javi having a relationship with her child.
Some critics say that this was a little bit harsh and didn't necessarily need to be said during the interview, but Kailyn has made it clear that his relationship with Isaac and their son, Lincoln, will not spill over into the baby's life.

Javi has moved on with his life and is currently in a relationship with a girl named Lauren Comeau.
Although he isn't sure if Lauren is "The One," he is still traveling to South Carolina to visit Lauren as often as possible. Lauren says that she won't be appearing on "Teen Mom 2," though that might be questionable considering many partners often change their mind later on and do make appearances. If she and Javi continue their relationship, fans might expect to see her appearing alongside him on his segments with his son, Lincoln, 3, whom he shares with Kail.
