Speculations claiming that “Alaskan Bush People” Season 7 is the final chapter of the popular Discovery series have become rife lately. However, it appears like Season 8 will be a reality.
The Brown family was forced to shut down their homestead in Alaska following Ami’s type 3b lung cancer diagnosis. Now, new reports are claiming that the entire clan is moving to Colorado as Ami prepares for her treatments.
A new chapter of their lives
On the August 16 episode of the “Alaskan Bush People” Season 7, Ami was seen preparing to undergo treatment for the fatal illness.
While Rain, Bird, and Bear try their best to give the brood’s homestead back to the Bush, the family looks to the future as they pray for a new place they can call as the new Browntown.
The Brown patriarch told the clan that they cannot live in California. Subsequently, they took a map and chose to build their new homestead in Colorado, as per TV Insider.
After reports about the Brown family moving to Colorado became rife, the “Alaskan Bush People” Exposed Facebook fan page claimed that the entire clan decided to stay in California instead. Supporting the claims are fan photos featuring Bill, Ami and their children still in the area while the matriarch continues her medications at the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center.
Fans sighted Matt Brown in West Los Angeles recently while Rain and Gabe were seen getting a facial at the Beverly Hills Hotel. One of the controversial photographs also featured Bear and Billy enjoying their stay in the said hotel.
It has yet to be seen if the Brown family remained in California. Therefore, avid followers of the “ABP” Season 7 should take all these speculations with a grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.
Another season for the Brown family?
Meanwhile, rumors have it that “Alaskan Bush People” will start shooting for Season 8 very soon despite the fact the network has not confirmed its renewal yet. Reports suggest that Ami decided to continue the show despite her complicated health condition.
While some fans suggest that most episodes in Season 8 are going to happen in California, TVOvermind indicate that Colorado might be the next installment’s official shooting location.
The publication even claimed that Bill, Ami and their kids were thinking of Colorado as their relocation point from the very beginning.
