Ben Affleck has finally chosen his family over his career after he decided to leave his upcoming movie, "Triple Frontier." A report from Entertainment Tonight has confirmed that the 44-year old actor was supposed to star from Netflix's upcoming film. However, the actor considered to shift his focus towards his wellness and thus, leaving the movie has become his main option.
As per the statement from the movie director, JC Chandor, the actor will be immediately replaced from the thriller and it has been believed that the movie will still continue despite his absence.
It was also believed that everyone was surprised with his decision. Nevertheless, the production will still look forward that he will still appear at the Comic Con that is slated to happen this week.
Positive recovery
Amid the news, Entertainment Tonight has tried to reach for Affleck in order to hear his side of the story. Apparently, it was believed that the actor is currently on his way to a positive recovery after having his complete rehab previously. The actor further revealed that he has been on a treatment due to his alcohol addiction.
As such, much of his time will be focused more on his wellness this time. He also shared that he will try to live his life in the most positive way and to become the best father to his children.
According to the reports from Entertainment Tonight, his kids have been his source of strength with all the things that he had been through with his life.
New relationship
To recall, Affleck has just ended his longtime relationship with his estranged wife, Jennifer Garner. Since the news broke about their divorce, the actor was already reported having a date with his new romance.
Apparently, he is now back in the dating game and perhaps, he is finally ready taking on a new relationship. Lindsay Shookus, the "Saturday Night Live" producer, is believed to be his rumored girlfriend today. Nonetheless, the pair is yet to comment and confirm the news of their romance.

Just recently, the couple was also spotted grabbing a drink from Starbucks as they walked along the streets of Los Angeles. Amid his budding romance, his fans look forward to Affleck to finally have a happy love life.
