The journey of Michael and Sarah

Sarah Tancredi was a prison doctor. She fell in love with inmate Michael Scofield, and by the series end the two had married.

Sarah last saw her spouse, when he broke her out of a women's prison, and died in an explosion. It was assumed, that this was the end for the mastermind of break outs from maximum security facilities. Fast forward 7 years, to "Prison Break," season 5. Sarah has a son, Michael Jr., and has now remarried.

News has come to Mrs. Scofield however, that indicates her first husband is not dead, but in a Yemen prison. She is being targeted by assassins, and suspects her new husband may be working with them. For 5 episodes, viewers have been watching and waiting, for Michael and Sarah's paths to cross. Now the wait is over. On episode 5.6, the Scofield's reunite.

The reunion begins

The previews for episode 5.7 show Michael and Sarah having a reunion.

Fans will be thrilled, but there will only be 2 more episodes of "Prison Break" season 5 after this one. There continue to be so many unanswered questions, that cannot possibly be resolved in 3 episodes. Unfortunately there has been no official word, as to whether or not there will be a 6th season. Loyal fans can only hope.

Among the unresolved issues are these:

Although Paul Kellerman has been said to be deceased, we never saw him die on screen. The assassin stood over him and shot but the camera stayed on the hit man. Viewers know that Kellerman has beaten death before on the original "Prison Break" series.. So he can't be counted out.

There also need to be answers regarding the mysterious Poseidon. Who is he, and why did he pay for T Bag's artificial limb?

What was his reason for using Michael and now sending the two assassins after him?. And what about Sarah's husband of the past 6 years? Is he one of the bad guys, or does he really love her? What happens to that relationship with the return of Michael Scofield. And will it ever be safe for Michael to embrace his young son and namesake? Will this be wrapped up in 3 episodes, or will there be a new season? To find otu the answers, make sure you do not miss the final 3 episodes of "Prison Break" season 5.
