Amber Portwood may be the mother of an eight-year-old girl but that isn't stopping the "Teen Mom OG" star from considering a career in the porn industry. After meeting with Vivid Entertainment's Steve Hirsch earlier this month, Portwood is speaking out about her potential sex tape release.

"It's in consideration," Portwood explained to E! News on May 24. The reality star went on to explain that she has not yet made up her mind and pointed out that she doesn't need the money. That said, she added, she is a businesswoman and open to the opportunity.

According to Portwood, she would be given "millions" for the potential film and would love to put that money towards opening treatment centers around the country for those struggling with addiction as she has in the past. As she explained, she's weighing the pros and cons of releasing a sex tape and has even brought her family into her decision.

Amber Portwood's family loves her no matter what

Portwood called her family and informed them of her potential release, and luckily, they are reportedly on board with whatever she choses to do. As for her daughter, Leah Shirley, Portwood said she would tell her about her possible porn flick once she's older.

"Leah would not know about it until she's old enough," the reality star explained, adding that Leah is in elementary school.

"I would hope no one would even think to tell [Leah].

What is Matt Baier saying?

Portwood's on-again, off-again boyfriend, Matt Baier, who would be Amber Portwood's co-star in the film, told E! News that an offer had been made for $85,000 and 35% of the net revenues. "We are considering it, we look at all offers," Baier said.

Baier also addressed how Portwood's potential decision to star in a sex tape differed from Farrah Abraham's decision to make a porn film, claiming that Vivid Entertainment approached Portwood in hopes of having her make a film. Meanwhile, Abraham made her tape before selling it to the porn distributor.

Amber Portwood went on to reveal that she was actually approached by Vivid Entertainment years ago, before the company sold Abraham's film, "Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom." She also said that she hopes her fans won't judge her for "trying to make more out of life."

To see more of Amber Portwood and Matt Baier, as well as their co-stars, including Farrah Abraham, Maci Bookout, and Catelynn Lowell, tune into "Teen Mom OG" season 6B on Monday nights at 9 p.m. on MTV.
