Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak obviously have money looking at the house they own and the cars they drive on their show "Don't Be Tardy." These two also have six kids at home to feed. Now, Radar Online is revealing that Kim and Kroy allegedly hired a decorator and owe this person $6,000, but are not paying up. The Atlanta decorator says that she did their house over Christmas for them, but they still haven't paid up. They owe her a pretty big bill and she wants all of her money from them for the work she did at their home.
The lawsuit happened, but they still didn't pay
Seasonal Designs, LLC sued Kim and Kroy for the money, but that still hasn't got them to Pay the bill. The company owner doesn't want to share their name, but they said "I emailed the lawyer two days ago and we don’t have a court date as of yet. They have 30 days to respond to it … and the 30 days is up!” It does sound like they are going to end up and then it will be decided if Kim and Kroy really owe this bill or not. It is actually unknown why Kim and Kroy are refusing to pay this bill, but so far they aren't taking care of it.
The decorator revealed that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann seemed totally happy with their work, but they still won't pay up for it.
The owner went on to explain that Kroy decided to tell them what their services were worth and not just pay the bill that they were given. The company has been in business for about eleven or twelve years, and this isn't something they have had to deal with in the past. They aren't used to someone telling them what they are worth and not just taking care of the bill they are handed at the end of the job.
It is possible that Kim and Kroy are having a few money problems that they aren't admitting to just yet. Kroy isn't playing football now, and Kim even said she would come back to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" for the right price. There has been a lot of talk that she will be back next season, but Kim hasn't actually confirmed this news yet.
There is also talk that NeNe Leakes could return as well, but fans are going to have to wait and see what happens. These two do bring in great ratings for the show if they end up finding a way to bring them back on the show again.
