The episode 16 of "Grey’s Anatomy" Season 13, titled “Who Is He (and What Is He to You)" will follow Jackson as he moves to Montana with April to work on a new medical case. In the process, he will present himself to his long-lost father. The teaser for the next episode published on TV Guide reads: “April (S. Drew) and Jackson (J. Williams) must travel to Montana to work on a case who needs a complicated surgery. However, Jackson is having struggle thinking on the responsibility at hand, so April must step up and convince him to focus.”

Aired Thursday, March, 9 the last episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” displayed Jackson, April, Richard (J.
Pickens Jr.) and Catherine (D. Allen) tackling a difficult trauma case that was increased by clinic politics. Also in the last episode, Amelia (C. Scorsone) finally faced her feelings about Owen (K. McKidd), while Meredith (E. Pompeo) was taken between Alex (J. Chambers) and Nathan's (M. Henderson) quarrel about a patient.
It was before mentioned that in the next episode viewers will see Jackson and April traveling to Montana to do a complex surgery. But in the midpoint of the operation, Jackson will miss his focus and April will have to perform everything she can to return him back on track.

Jackson wasn't all for the opinion though and noted April that this isn't her business. The latter persuades him otherwise, giving it off as being a role of the job they need to perform in Montana.
Jackson is really a little worried, which makes him unable to do the surgery, principally with the difficulties that come with it.
In a discussion with "ENews", the actor Kevin McKidd shared that the two are really going for a tough time and it is not looking great for them. The episode 16 of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13, titled "Who Is He (and What Is He to You)," will air on ABC on Thursday, March 16, at 8.00 pm EST.
