Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi just found each other on "The Bachelor" 2017. They quit filming four months ago and have had to stay in private ever since then. Now "Bachelor" star Ben Higgins is speaking out and sharing how these two are doing now. ET's Lauren Zima got the chance to talk to him.

What did Ben have to say?

It turns out that Ben Higgins doesn't think that things are going perfect for the couple just yet. Ben actually shared saying, "[He's] no longer the Bachelor and that's a really exciting thing. It sounds like their relationship is off to maybe a difficult start ...

He needs to start investing in their relationship more than anything else. That would be my advice. It is a tough season of life."

Ben went on to explain that now Nick Viall has to be a good partner and not just be "The Bachelor." This is a huge change over what they were doing before. Ben does feel like even though they seemed a bit awkward on "After the Final Rose" they were actually just being real. That is very important. Lauren admitted that she has had her ups and down with Ben and they get how they feel starting their relationship after the show.

Now Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi have to figure out how she can move to the United States considering that she is from Canada. They also have to get used to being a couple out in the real world.

Nick Viall will be doing "Dancing With the Stars" as well, which will make things a lot harder on them at the start of a new relationship.

One more thing that came out in this interview is that Lauren Bushnell and Ben Higgins say they are doing great. There have been some rumors that they were not going to be able to make their relationship work, but at this time it sounds like they are doing really well.

Only time will tell if they can make it work and actually get married.
