‘Kaabil’ box-office collection Day 12: Hrithik Roshan’s film crosses the three-figure mark

Hrithik Roshan starer “Kaabil” released worldwide last week, has enjoyed a steady climb at the box-office. It is also the first Indian film to be released in Pakistan after the recent ban. This news was announced by its proud producer, Rakesh Roshan on Twitter. The flick will be released in Karachi today and will be shown across theaters in Pakistan later. The movie has raked in 100 + crores

The revenge thriller is directed by Sanjay Gupta and clashed with the launch of the Shahrukh Khan starer, “Raees.”

The Rakesh Roshan production could get only 40% of the screens in comparison to the Shahrukh film.

However, it is refreshing to see both the Movies getting a good audience and while “Raees” has crossed the 100 crores mark earlier "Kaabil" has also crossed the magical 100 crores benchmark.

The Roshan production team is ecstatic with the good response from the audience and is planning to have a big bash soon, and Hrithik has already invited his fans across India to join him in the celebrations.

SRK tried to avert the clash

The producers, actor Shahrukh Khan and all related to the movie "Raees' did all they can to avert the clash of the releases of both the movies.

They even met Rakesh Roshan to resolve the issue. But the Roshan's were adamant to release the movie on the same day .SRK even tweeted on the release day that the clash could have been averted.
