Young romantic hero Jai's new movie "Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal" was released on February 02, 2017. Directed by Mahendran Rajamani, this romantic comedy stars Pranitha, Karunakaran, Kaali Venkat, Thambi Ramaiah and Rajendran in other prominent roles.

Battling with the big budget venture "Bogan" at the box-office, "Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal" has succeeded in fetching a decent number of audiences to the screens on the first day. Most of the rural theaters in Tamil Nadu are witnessing an attendance percentage of more than 60, and this is undoubtedly a remarkable feat for an actor like Jai.

Is Love Injurious to Health?

The film carries a very interesting one liner under its title, "Love is Injurious to Health, Love Kills." As this caption indicates, the film revolves around the story of a good guy who falls in love with an innocent girl. But their journey of love faces unexpected twists and turns, which finally makes the man fall in a dilemma; is love good for mind and health?

Jai strikes Gold once again

Jai has a 'boy next door' image among Tamil family audiences, and the actor once again affirmed this status through this movie. His innocent mannerisms and perfect comic timing were a sheer treat to watch, while his chemistry with Pranitha was outstanding.

The surprise package in this movie was the performance of Karunakaran.

The young comedian was at his best, and he literally tickled the funny bone of the viewers. He was given adequate support by veteran star Rajendran and Thambi Ramaiah.

Box-office prediction

The theatrical run of "Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal" will not be that productive, as it is locking horns with Aravind Swamy's mega budget outing "Bogan". In all probabilities, it is expected to collect somewhere around Rs 4-5 Crores by the end of its opening weekend.
