Sanjay Dutt to star as antagonist
Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt was initially approached for the first chapter, he had refused. After the tremendous success of the film, Dutt agreed to be part of 'KGF 2' which will release in October 2020. He will play the role of the main antagonist 'Adheera'.
Raveena Tandon's role has shades of grey

Anant Nag backs out of the film
Reports suggest that veteran Kannada actor Anant Nag, who narrated the 'KGF 1' has backed off from the film after a fallout with the makers.
