Chelsea Houska and her husband, Cole DeBoer, were getting seriously buff as they prepared for their October wedding date, but after the "Teen Mom 2" star discovered she was pregnant, she was forced to pull back on her intense workout regimen. Although Houska isn't due to give birth until next month, she's already looking ahead and searching for ways to ensure she will get her pre-baby body back quickly.

"What is this thing thats happening with my friends where they [are] actually SKINNIER after having a baby?" Houska asked her fans on Twitter on January 21, according to a report by the International Business Times.

Houska then asked how she too can be skinner after birth.

Chelsea Houska feels she's missing out on a skinny secret

According to a second tweet, the "Teen Mom 2" star feels that she's been left out of the loop when it comes to the skinny secret kept by many. However, as fans know, the reality star has a great figure and she wasn't afraid to show it off in the months leading up to her pregnancy reveal.

Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer will welcome their first child next month

Houska announced that she and Cole DeBoer would be welcoming a baby, the second child for Houska, in February. At the time, fans wondered if Houska and DeBoer would postpone their October 2016 wedding, but ultimately, Houska chose to walk down the aisle as a pregnant bride.

Houska and DeBoer began dating in 2014 and became engaged in 2015. Since then, they have continued to live together in South Dakota as they prepare for the arrival of their baby boy. Meanwhile, they have also been chronicling their journey on "Teen Mom 2" and during one recent episode, Houska was seen telling her father that she was pregnant.

Although her dad, Randy, wasn't thrilled with the news of Houska's pregnancy, he has always been a fan of DeBoer -- especially when compared to Houska's former boyfriend, Adam Lind.
