Lisa Marie Presley's divorce is getting nasty and the gloves are coming off. Presley's soon-to-be ex-husband (Michael Lockwood) believes he has been treated unfairly by Lisa and wants $40,000 a month in spousal support and $100,000 on top of that for legal fees.

Presley filed the legal documents last June to end her ten-year marriage to her fourth husband Michael Lockwood citing "irreconcilable differences." Lisa also asked for full custody of the couple's twin daughters Harper and Finley and requested that monitored visitation be set for Lockwood.
Divorce details have been reportedly released according to a report from the Daily Mail, revealing that Lockwood is going to fight tooth and nail and that he has some major demands of his own. As stated, the report claims that Lockwood wants $40,000 a month in spousal support to live on. He alleges that Presley is worth 'tens of millions' of dollars that she inherited from her late father, Elvis Presley's estate.

Lockwood is also very unhappy, claiming that Presley is doing him wrong, and that he has been forced to live in poverty since their split when she cut him off completely financially. Michael alleges that he is homeless and is forced to sleep on a friends couch because he has no means to obtain his own home.
There is also some major disagreements over the prenup that Lisa had Michael sign. He claims it was not signed before their marriage, but nearly two years after the fact because Lisa was pressuring him, therefore he did not read the papers fully, nor did he receive a copy.
The prenup, according to the report, states that all property obtained before, or after the marriage, remains separate.
Michael is now unemployed and has no means of obtaining employment at this time. This he blames on his ex.. He claims that he was paid a salary to work as Presley's musical advisor, a job he has since lost. He adds that he lost all his very important business contacts from working for his wife because she demanded he place his focus totally on her.
As previously reported, Lisa Marie Presley called it quits on the marriage last June, claiming he was "abusive" and took advantage of her "vast wealth." Lisa Marie Presley has been married four times, previous husbands include, Danny Keough, Michael Jackson, and Nicolas Cage.
