He has denied the allegations stating that the meeting with Russian lawyer had nothing to do with the presidential crusade. Revelation from the emails

The emails date back to the time when Mr. Trump was an unconfirmed nominee from the Republican party for the Presidential run. The emails Mr. Trump Jr. received, promised documents from Russia that would incriminate Mrs. Clinton. The emails were from a mediator Rob Goldstone who is a British music publicist.

The emails from Goldstone also stated that the information contained was very high-level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr.Trump.
