One of the most influential individuals for Donald Trump since Inauguration Day has been jared kushner, the president's son-in-law. While usually quiet, Kushner decided to break his public silence, but it was met by instant trolling on social media.
Kushner speaks
When Donald Trump announced that he was running for president back in June 2015, he did so on the floor of Trump Tower in New York City with his family by his side. When it became clear that the former host of "The Apprentice" was a legit contender to become the new president, questions where raised as to what impact his family members would have on the campaign or administration.
Following his upset wins in the GOP primary and later the general election over Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, it became clear that Trump would not let select members of his family be isolated from the White House. His sons Eric and Donald Jr. have stuck to the previous family business, though they have been vocal at times over the various controversies and scandals that have plagued their father. However, Ivanka Trump has taken on a role as an assistant to the president, with son-in-law Jared Kushner holding various titles in the administration. While Kushner has become a polarizing figure, most recently being accused of attempting to create a back channel to Russia, the Trump son-in-law never speaks out to the media.
As reported by MSNBC on June 20, Kushner revealed his voice for the first time since taking on his White House role.

As part of his first public address as a member of the White House, Jared Kushner spoke to CEOs of several tech companies during what is being described as a "brainstorming" session.
"We have challenged ourselves to pursue change that will provide utility to Americans far beyond our tenure here," Kushner said, before adding, "We have set ambitious goals and empowered interagency teams to tackle our objectives, and it's very exciting."

"Be honest, you clicked the video just to hear what he sounds like, didn't you?" actor George Takei tweeted out.

Literally no one cares what Jared is saying, just that he has an actual voice.

"Jared Kushner has been banned from speaking publicly until he has gone through puberty," another tweet went on to read. "Jared Kushner is an important reminder that you can't buy puberty," game show host Guy Branum wrote.
